Audiometer “Echo-Screen”

The procurement procedure organized by the Contracting Authority concerns the Maintenance, Periodic Technical Verification and Corrective Maintenance Services for Medical Equipment within the "Cuza Voda" Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinical Hospital Iași. The nature, quantity, and execution of the services for this lot are detailed in the technical specifications + Annex No. 1 - TABLE OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT REQUIRING MAINTENANCE, PERIODIC TECHNICAL VERIFICATION AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES. Estimated calendar (frequency and value of contracts to be awarded): Subsequent contracts will be concluded based on needs and financial provisions allocated for this purpose. In the event that the economic operator who signed this framework agreement and ranked first does not have the capacity to fully respond to the request (improper execution of the obligation to provide services within the deadlines specified in the activity schedule, non-compliance with the assumed conditions regarding service quality, price, etc.), the contracting authority will send requests to the occupant of the second place, and in case of refusal/lack of response from them as well, to the occupant of the third place (when the framework agreement is signed with 3 economic operators), whereupon the economic operator(s) ranked first, second and/or third will bear the provisions of art. 111 para. (2) and (3) of Government Decision no. 395/2016, as amended and supplemented, for the non-fulfillment of the obligations assumed by them.
