Original language: FrenchLe présent marché propose, sous forme d’un audit-diagnostic, de décliner et d’adapter aux cathédrales de la région Grand Est les constats et les dispositions présentés dans le plan d’actions « sécurité des cathédrales » diffusé en mai 2023 par la Direction Générale des Patrimoines et de l’Architecture (DGPA) du Ministère de la culture.
Le Ministère de la culture, au-delà de la réflexion conduite en 2019 puis en 2023, et du document de synthèse élaboré, met à disposition de ses services déconcentrés (DRAC/CRMH) l’expertise de la délégation à l’inspection, à la recherche et à l’innovation. L’audit concerne les 9 cathédrales de la région Grand Est et en option le château Le Pailly (52) et l’abbaye de Clairvaux (10), édifices à la fois cultuels et culturels, classés au titre des monuments historiques, propriétés de l’Etat et affectés au Ministère de la culture.
