Ziel ist die Optimierung der Versorgung, Anpassung an gesetzliche Vorgaben und nachhaltige Nutzung der Ressourcen. Die Maßnahme ist erforderlich, da der aktuelle Betrieb der Neonatologie auf zwei Standorte aufgeteilt ist. Dies führt zu erheblichen strukturellen und wirtschaftlichen Problemen: Flächendefizit & ineffiziente Ressourcennutzung - Am Klinikum Osnabrück existiert eine reduzierte Neonatologie mit Level-3-Versorgung, die nicht nachhaltig betrieben werden kann. - Die Personal- und Betriebskosten für zwei Standorte sind unverhältnismäßig hoch, da Doppelstrukturen aufrechterhalten werden müssen. - Die vorhandene Bausubstanz am Klinikum ist nicht optimal für eine moderne Neonatologie und erfordert hohe Instandhaltungsaufwendungen. - Qualitätsanforderungen der neonatologischen Maximalversorgung (Level 1) nicht erfüllbar
