Original language: GermanDas HKW Aubrugg wurde 1978 im Autobahndreieck Zürich-Nord errichtet und soll nach über 40 Jahren Laufzeit umfassend instandgesetzt werden. Das Ziel ist es die Nutzbarkeit des Gebäudes und den Betrieb der Anlagen langfristig sicherzustellen. In diesem Zuge sollen gleichzeitig die geänderten betrieblichen Anforderungen an die Bausubstanz berücksichtigt und eine effektive und zeitgemässe Nutzung der Arbeits- und Sozialräume sichergestellt werden. Die Sanierung umfasst unter anderem: Rückbau von bestehenden Bauteilen Instandsetzung von bestehenden Betonbauten Neue Stahlbetonbauten Neue Mauerwerksarbeiten Erstellung von Durchbrüchen Erdbebenertüchtigung Verstärkungen der Konstruktion (Durchstanzen, etc.) Weiterhin werden für die aufgeführten Arbeiten Gerüstbauten benötigt. Diese Ausschreibung ist in Losen aufgebaut. Angebote dürfen für ein oder beide Lose eingereicht werden. Teilangebote innerhalb der Lose sind nicht erlaubt. Gesamtangebote bzw. Angebote mit prozentualen Vergünstigungen im Falle des Zuschlages in mehreren Losen sind nicht zulässig. Bei Angeboten desselben Anbieters für mehrere Lose ist für jedes Los ein vollständiges, separates Angebotsdossier einzureichen. Zuschläge können für eines oder mehrere Lose erfolgen.
