Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist: - die mobile Sammlung von gefährlichen Abfällen aus Privathaushalten auf dem Festlandsgebiet des Landkreises Aurich und auf den Inseln Juist und Baltrum, - die semimobile Sammlung gefährlicher Abfälle an den Wertstoffhöfen Großefehn, Hage und Georgsheil, - die Durchführung der stationären Sammlung gefährlicher Abfälle auf der Insel Norderney sowie die Übernahme und der Transport dieser Abfälle zur Entsorgungsanlage, - die ordnungsgemäße, schadlose und umweltgerechte Entsorgung der gesammelten Abfälle in Anlagen nach Wahl des AN einschließlich aller dazu nötigen Transporte, - außerdem die Abholung und Entsorgung von Kleinmengen gefährlicher Abfälle aus sonstigen Herkunftsbereichen im Landkreis Aurich (vorwiegend Kleingewerbe- und Dienstleistungsbetriebe sowie Schulen) - die Gestellung eines Gefahrgutbeauftragten für den Auftraggeber. Insgesamt sind pro Jahr rund 200 t schadstoffhaltige Abfälle zu erfassen und zu entsorgen. Für die Schadstoffsammlung auf den kreisangehörigen Inseln bestehen besondere Randbedingungen.
