Expansion of the Quedensweg road

The municipality of Mönkeberg plans the full expansion of the Quedensweg road from the intersection with Gänsekrugredder to the intersection with Alter Sportplatz. The full road expansion includes the removal of the existing surface pavement and the construction of a new surface pavement in concrete block paving (Title 1 General and Title 2 Road Surface Expansion). Due to the gradient, road drainage with gutters and drains is planned. During the road expansion, the street lighting, including underground cables, will also be renewed (Title 3 Municipality of Mönkeberg). The wastewater association Ostufer Kieler Förde plans the renewal of the wastewater and rainwater sewage systems (main sewers and property connection sewers) in Quedensweg in the municipality of Mönkeberg. Additionally, the main sewers from An den Baken and Schönkamp streets will be connected. For the terraced housing development between the intersections An den Baken and Großer Hof, the property drainage will be relaid according to the plans up to the building, including on private property. The remaining renewal of the wastewater and rainwater sewage systems will be limited to the public area, meaning the connection of the existing property drainage will take place at the private property boundary (Title 4 AZV Ostufer Kieler Förde). The services for AZV Ostufer Kieler Förde are to be billed separately and will be directly commissioned and paid for by AZV Ostufer Kieler Förde. Stadtwerke Kiel will carry out renewals of the drinking water, electricity, and gas supply during the full road expansion. Some of these services will be outside the full road expansion in the public area, but also on private properties. The earthworks for the drinking water and gas pipes, as well as the electricity cables, and the restoration of surfaces outside the planned new road pavement have been tendered in a separate Title 5 for Stadtwerke. These services are to be billed separately and will be directly commissioned and paid for by Stadtwerke Kiel. The installation of the supply lines will be carried out by a contracted company of Stadtwerke Kiel itself; the necessary scheduling coordination must be managed within the construction schedule. TNG Stadtnetz GmbH plans to lay a fiber optic network, including the pre-installation of house connections up to the private property, as part of the full road expansion. The earthworks for laying the fiber optic network have been tendered in a separate Title 6 for TNG Stadtnetz GmbH. These services are to be billed separately and will be directly commissioned and paid for by TNG Stadtnetz GmbH. The installation of the fiber optic cables will be carried out by a contracted company of TNG itself; the necessary scheduling coordination must be managed within the construction schedule. Telekom plans to relocate the existing telecommunications network and, if necessary, repair existing cables as part of the full road expansion. The earthworks for relocating the telecommunications network and the work for removing and re-laying cables and conduits have been tendered in a separate Title 7 for Telekom. These services are to be billed separately and will be directly commissioned and paid for by Telekom. The reconnections and cable connections will be carried out by Telekom itself; the necessary scheduling coordination must be managed within the construction schedule. Vodafone plans to relocate its existing network as part of the full road expansion. The earthworks for the relocation have been tendered in a separate Title 8 for Vodafone. These services are to be billed separately and will be directly commissioned and paid for by Vodafone.
