Tender for Maintenance, Repair - Household Appliances / Appliance Service – CAT.017

The contract includes the maintenance, repair, and renewal (renovation) of technical systems, building structures, and facilities in the Foundation's properties. The services are divided into three categories: 1. Planned and preventive maintenance Planned and preventive maintenance includes periodic maintenance and inspection work. These are carried out at fixed intervals, according to legal requirements, and manufacturer recommendations. The aim is to ensure operational safety and functionality, prevent failures, and extend the service life of systems and components. Identified defects and necessary follow-up measures must be fully documented and reported to Facility Management (FM). 2. On-call maintenance/repair and fault analysis/rectification This category includes the analysis and rectification of faults as well as one-off repair and maintenance work. In the event of a fault, the cause must be systematically determined, and a suitable measure for rectification proposed. Defective or damaged components must be professionally repaired, replaced, or restored after approval. After completion of the work, functionality and safety must be checked, and all performed services, materials used, and results must be documented in a traceable manner. 3. Repair - Renewal and Renovation Repair, renewal, and renovation refer to major restoration measures on worn components as well as technical renewals that restore the original condition or the required functionality. Comprehensive renovations and renewal measures go beyond normal repair and serve the fundamental modernization of buildings, sometimes combined with energy efficiency improvements. Such measures are tendered separately as needed and concluded via corresponding individual contracts.
