Original language: GermanMit vorliegender Ausschreibung evaluieren die Spitäler Schaffhausen eine wirtschaftlich attraktive Lieferantin oder Lieferanten für ein medizinisches Universalarchiv. Der Auftraggeberin ist es wichtig, ein erprobtes medizinisches Universalarchiv einzusetzen, um die Einführungsrisiken sowie den Spezifikationsaufwand möglichst gering zu halten. Deshalb soll eine Lösung beschafft werden, welche bereits erfolgreich im produktiven Einsatz steht, und bewährte Lösungen anbieten kann. Der Auftrag wird an eine einzige Vertragspartnerin und Gesamtverantwortliche (GU) vergeben. Mit der Zuschlagsempfängerin oder dem Zuschlagsempfänger wird ein Vertrag über fünf Jahre abgeschlossen, der optional fünfmalig jeweils um ein Jahr verlängert werden kann (höchste Vertragsdauer: zehn Jahre).
