Original language: GermanDie Kläranlage Körkwitz soll provisorisch in ihrer Kapazität der aktuellen Auslastung angepasst werden, um im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten der Nutzung der vorhandenen Bauwerke einen heutigen sichereren Anlagenbetrieb zu gewährleisten und zugleich Kapazitäten für zukünftige, z. T. touristisch geprägte, Neuanschlüsse zu schaffen. Als Fertigstellungstermin für die Planungsleistungen bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 8 sowie für die Baumaßnahmen ist der 31.03.2028 vorgesehen. Die Planungen umfassen bauliche, maschinen- und elektrotechnische Maßnahmen: § 43 HOAI: Ingenieurbauwerke (IBW) § 55 HOAI: Technische Ausrüstung (VMA) § 55 HOAI: Technische Ausrüstung (EMSR) (LPH1 1-9) Die Beauftragung erfolgt voraussichtlich stufenweise: 1. LPH 1-4 2. LPH 5-8 3. LPH 9 Die Festlegungen hierzu werden im Rahmen der Verhandlung gemeinsam mit den Bietern besprochen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, weitere Leistungen im Wege einer gesonderten Vergabe nach nationalem Vergaberecht zu vergeben (20%- Kontingent, vgl. § 3 Abs. 9 VgV). Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass sich das mit der vorhergehenden Planung befasste Büro geebenenfalls an dieser Ausschreibung beteiligen wird. Ein Wissensvorsprung besteht nicht, da die Ergebnisse der Planung dieser Ausschreibung zugrunde liegen.
