Original language: GermanDie ÜSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe AG gehört mit ihren Stadtbussen und Stadtbahnen zur Spitzengruppe der deutschen Nahverkehrsunternehmen. Sie befördert ca. 163 Millionen Fahrgäste im Jahr und ist damit die leistungsstärkste Dienstleisterin für Nahverkehr in Niedersachsen. Die ÜSTRA ist ein Traditionsunternehmen und bewegt Hannover seit 1892. Mit über 44 Millionen Wagenkilometern pro Jahr (Bahn und Bus) und mehr als 2.500 Beschäftigten befördert die ÜSTRA die Hannoveraner in der Innestadt tagsüber im 10-Minuten-Takt und sorgt damit in der Stadt und Region für Mobilität. Der bestehende Betriebshof Glocksee wird vollständig neu errichtet. Vorgesehen ist der Neubau von drei Gebäuden (Verwaltungsgebäude, Werkstatt, Fahrzeughalle). Die Abstellanlage für Stadtbahnen soll erhalten bleiben. Die Baumaßnahme wird in zwei Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Betrieb umgesetzt, um den ÖPNV nicht zu unterbrechen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist eine kombinierte Bauleistungs-, Montage- und Haftpflicht-Versicherung (Los 1) und Haftpflicht-Excedenten-Versicherung (Los 2) zur Absicherung des Bauabschnitt 1 des Projekts "Neubau Betriebshof Glocksee".
