Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je zajištění dopravní obslužnosti území města Bystřice nad Pernštejnem provozováním městské hromadné dopravy, a to v rozsahu stanoveném přílohami této Zadávací dokumentace. Předpokládaný roční rozsah dopravního výkonu činí přibližně 45 600 vozokilometrů. Zadavatel si ve smyslu § 100 odst. 1 ZZVZ vyhrazuje právo měnit v průběhu plnění rozsah dopravního výkonu podle svých aktuálních dopravních potřeb, zejména změnou jízdních řádů, tras, linek nebo spojů. Rozsah dopravního výkonu v jednom kalendářním roce bude činit nejméně 30 000 vozokilometrů a nejvýše 60 000 vozokilometrů. Jízdní řády obsažené v zadávací dokumentaci představují předpokládaný rozsah dopravy při zahájení plnění. Vybraný dodavatel zajistí plynulé převzetí a nepřetržité poskytování služby od prvního dne účinnosti smlouvy, včetně zajištění potřebných oprávnění, vozidel, personálu, technického a provozního zázemí, odbavení cestujících, výběru jízdného, evidence tržeb a součinnosti při integraci dopravy do systému VDV.
