Original language: daKlinisk Mikrobiologi på Aarhus Universitetshospital har behov for en samlet, automatiseret og digitaliseret løsning til bakteriologisk diagnostik, der understøtter regionsfunktionen og fremtidig tilvækst i prøveantal. Løsningen skal omfatte og integrere hele processen fra udsåning og inkubation til digital billeddannelse og aflæsning. Systemet skal sikre høj kvalitet, reproducerbarhed og effektivitet gennem automatisering, AI-baseret vækstdetektion samt systematisk datadokumentation. Løsningen skal kunne integreres med laboratoriets øvrige IT-infrastruktur og understøtte fuld sporbarhed, fleksibel tilpasning til ændrede arbejdsgange samt høj driftsstabilitet.
