Set of automated immunostaining machines for the pathology unit of HUS Diagnostic Center

SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT We request offers for a set of automated immunostaining machines. The devices will be acquired on a usage fee basis, such that the price per immunohistochemically stained slide includes the use of two (2) devices as needed by the Customer during the contract period. The devices are the property of the supplier. An estimated 20,000-30,000 stained slides per year are expected. The acquired equipment must be new and unused upon arrival at the HUS Diagnostic Center. The goal of the tender is to obtain safe and reliable devices for the product range. The goal is also to ensure good delivery reliability of the products and that products are available when needed. This procurement will replace two current semi-automated immunostaining devices. The renewal of the equipment stock aims to reduce manual work steps, minimize the risk of errors, and increase the turnaround time and capacity of staining. The subject of the procurement also includes additional products related to the offered products, which are listed in Appendix 1. During the contract period, products belonging to the product groups covered by the contract, which are not specified in the product appendix, may also be purchased in accordance with the estimated value of the procurement (see draft contract). The value of RTU antibodies and any additional products outside the product appendix ordered during the contract period (option) has been taken into account in the total value of the procurement excluding VAT. If the Customer adds RTU antibodies to the contract or orders products outside the product appendix, the total share of such orders may not exceed 10 percent of the original contract value. PRICING MODELS The tenderer must submit an offer for both pricing models A and B described below. The contracting authority will select the most economically advantageous pricing model according to the comparison basis described in the request for proposal. Pricing Model A The price per immunohistochemically stained slide (€/slide) includes: - all reagents required for immunohistochemical staining (e.g., detection kits, buffers) - all device-related consumables (e.g., labels, wearable plastic parts, slide racks, reagent bottles, buffer canisters) - two (2) automated immunostaining devices - peripherals - paraffin removal and pretreatment equipment - licenses and software updates - user training and technical support - spare parts, maintenance, and repairs (full maintenance of the equipment for the contract period) Pricing Model B The price per immunohistochemically stained slide (€/slide) includes: - all reagents required for immunohistochemical staining (e.g., detection kits, buffers) - all device-related consumables (e.g., labels, wearable plastic parts, slide racks, reagent bottles, buffer canisters) - two (2) automated immunostaining devices - peripherals - paraffin removal and pretreatment equipment - licenses and software updates - user training and technical support - spare parts, maintenance, and repairs (full maintenance of the equipment for the contract period) - the 11 RTU antibodies listed in Appendix 1, tab 5 "Pricing Model_B" (included in the slide price, and not a separate line item in the comparison) Pricing models A and B include the same devices, reagents, consumables, and all other services and maintenance costs. The difference only concerns the pricing method for the 11 RTU antibodies: Pricing Model A: The 11 RTU antibodies are priced separately based on the price information in Appendix 1, tab "Pricing Model_A" and are added to the comparison price. Pricing Model B: The 11 RTU antibodies are included directly in the €/slide price and are not given a separate price for comparison. MANDATORY OPTION The tenderer must offer as a mandatory option all RTU antibodies in their product range listed in Appendix 1.
