Significant amendments to the Contract compared to the offer content may be made in cases: a. justified changes in the method of executing the subject of the order proposed by the Advertiser (Ordering Party) or the Offeror (selected as Contractor), if these changes are beneficial to the Advertiser (Ordering Party) and are accepted by the competent Intermediate Institution. b. due to force majeure circumstances, e.g., occurrence of a random event caused by external factors, which could not have been foreseen with certainty; c. due to the actions of third parties making it impossible to perform the works, which actions are not a consequence of the fault of either party. d. when the need arises to update solutions due to technological progress or changes in applicable regulations regarding the subject of the order; e. occurrence of other circumstances that the Parties could not foresee.
