Original language: DutchDeze aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het ontwerp, de realisatie en het onderhoud van audiovisuele voorzieningen, waaronder videoconferencing (VC), evenals – indien vereist – het bijbehorende meubilair voor de zogenoemde zittingsgebonden ruimtes. Hieronder vallen de volgende ruimtetypen (typicals): zittingszalen, slachtofferkamers, regiekamers, en perskamers. Daarnaast verwacht Aanbestedende dienst een beperkt, maar nog onbekend aantal maatwerkoplossingen te moeten realiseren. Het gaat hierbij bijvoorbeeld om (kinder)verhoorruimtes, opnamestudio’s, bedrijfsrestaurants, optioneel het huren van audiovisuele apparatuur en audiovisuele voorzieningen die incidenteel geleverd moeten worden aan andere overheidsdiensten binnen een pand van de Rechtspraak. Deze maatwerkoplossingen zullen slechts een klein deel uitmaken van de totale aanbesteding. Verdere uitwerking staat in het beschrijvend document A. Basisscenario; De huidige werkwijze met gerechten, RvdR en RVB wordt voortgezet en waar mogelijk geoptimaliseerd. Binnen de mogelijkheden van deze werkwijze wordt er gestreefd om zoveel mogelijk zittingszalen te digitaliseren en standaardiseren. Ten aanzien van (ver- of-)nieuwbouw, renovatie en groot onderhoud wordt er tenminste zes (6) maanden vooruit gepland. Naar verwachting zal de gemiddelde opdrachtwaarde per jaar hoger liggen dan het gemiddelde van de afgelopen jaren vanwege de opgelopen achterstand in digitalisatie. De schatting van de opdrachtwaarde ligt tussen de €1 mln. en €5 mln. per jaar B. Ambitieus scenario; In samenwerking met gerechten, RvdR en RVB wordt een ambitieus digitalisering- en standaardiseringsprogramma ingericht en uitgevoerd. Ten aanzien van (ver- of)nieuwbouw, renovatie en groot onderhoud wordt er tenminste twaalf (12) maanden vooruit gepland. De schatting van de opdrachtwaarde ligt tussen de €2 mln. en €10 mln. per jaar.
