Az Ajánlatkérő épületeit kiszolgáló Avaya telefonközpont és kiegészítőinek, valamint a telefonrendszerre épülő szolgáltatások és fejlesztések gyártói támogatásának biztosítása. A 36 hónapos gyártói támogatás célja két részre bontható: 1. Az Avaya rendszer megfelelő üzemeltetése mellett fellépő hardveres vagy szoftveres hibák esetén a gyártó mérnökei által hivatalosan biztosított támogatás, segítség nyújtás üzemzavar elhárítás céljából. 2.
