Description
La « Société Aéroports Du Cameroun » (ADC S.A.) (ci-après nommé "le Maitre d’Ouvrage / Client") a sollicité et obtenu un financement auprès de l’Agence Française de Développement (ci-après nommée l'"AFD") pour couvrir le coût des travaux de rénovation de l’Aérogare Passagers de l’Aéroport International de Douala, et entend affecter une partie du financement aux paiements des travaux du volet bâtiments.
Le projet se décline en trois lots: lot 1 = infrastructures de piste, lot 2 = bâtiment, et lot 3 = équipements -, en sachant que le lot 2 sera composé par trois sous-lots (clôt/couvert + second œuvre + corps d’état techniques), et que lot 3 sera composé aussi par trois sous-lots (Tri-bagage + Passerelles + générateurs électriques).
