NOTICE OF NATIONAL OPEN TENDER No. 010/AONO/EDC/CIPM/2026 OF SEPTEMBER 29, 2026 FOR THE PROVISION OF CATERING AND CATERING SERVICES AT THE LOMPANGAR HYDROELECTRIC DEVELOPMENT CANTEEN, EAST REGION FINANCING: EDC BUDGET – FISCAL YEAR 2026 and subsequent LINES: F050315

1. Object As part of the operation and maintenance activities of the Lom Pangar hydroelectric development, the Director General of Electricity Development Corporation (EDC) is launching a National Open Tender for the provision of catering and catering services at the canteen of the said development. 2. Scope of Services The services covered by this Tender consist of providing catering for the Contracting Authority's staff residing at the Lom Pangar hydroelectric development and operating and maintaining the Contracting Authority's canteen made available to the service provider. The expected services are described below: • Regarding catering: - The preparation and service of three (03) balanced meals every day, including public holidays, comprising breakfast between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM, lunch between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, and dinner between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, according to the menus described in the Terms of Reference (document No. 5); - The provision of catering services as needed (on order); • Regarding the operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's canteen: - The supply of complementary equipment and logistics other than that provided by EDC for quality service (cutlery, tablecloths, kitchen utensils, kitchen appliances, 4x4 type liaison vehicle, refrigerated truck, etc.); - Maintenance of the premises and the external environment (dining rooms, kitchen, toilets, bedrooms, green spaces, waste management, etc.); - Supply of fresh food and domestic gas. The scope of these services is detailed in the Terms of Reference (TOR) of this ITT. 3. Estimated Cost The estimated cost of the operation following the preliminary studies is one hundred million (100,000,000) FCFA including tax. 4. Lotting The services are divided into one (01) single lot. 5. Participation and Origin Participation in this Tender is open to companies under Cameroonian law operating in the catering sector. 6. Financing The services covered by this tender are financed by the budget of Electricity Development Corporation (EDC), Fiscal Year 2026 and subsequent, under budget imputation line F050315. Delivery Period The execution period provided by the Contracting Authority for the services covered by this tender is twelve (12) months. This period runs from the date of notification of the order to commence services. 11. Provisional Bond Each bidder must attach to its administrative documents a bid bond, hand-paid and stamped at the current rate, issued by an organization or financial institution approved by the Minister in charge of Finance to issue bonds in the field of public procurement, the list of which is included in document 14 of the ITT, the amount of which is: Two million (2,000,000) FCFA.
