Procurement of physical security and perimeter protection for Ellevio's socially critical electricity grid facilities Ellevio invites qualified suppliers to apply for participation in the procurement of physical security and perimeter protection for the company's electricity grid facilities in Sweden. The assignment includes design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and further development of area protection for socially critical electricity grid infrastructure. The assignments include both facilities without security classification and facilities covered by security protection legislation. Ellevio is seeking suppliers with documented experience in complex security contracts within critical infrastructure, energy supply, industrial facilities, or equivalent operations where high demands are placed on operational reliability, information security, and security protection. The works include, among other things: design and dimensioning of perimeter protection security fencing, gate systems and impact protection detection and monitoring systems installation and commissioning service and maintenance modernization and upgrading of existing facilities The supplier must have the capacity to carry out assignments across all or parts of Ellevio's geographical area of operation. The procurement includes protection for: Substations and facilities without security classification Facilities covered by security protection up to and including consequence level B The procurement method will likely be ABT 06. The contract duration is planned for 4 years with the possibility of extension for up to 4 years. Security protection For assignments that include security protection up to consequence level B, the following applies: The supplier must be able to meet the requirements according to security protection legislation A security protection agreement will be signed Personnel and any subcontractors' personnel must be able to undergo security vetting The supplier must have routines for information security and protection of valuable operations.
