Conditions for commencement of work: - Execution of trial mix (according to prepared and approved operational instructions) – 1 program - Cleaning of the reinforced concrete base slab of the I-K3 chamber – 1 set - Inventory of reinforcing steels stored on site, preparation of a statement – 1 set - Preparation of Quality Assurance and Environmental Plan – 1 document - Preparation of Organizational Plan (contractor's review of provided documentation) – 1 document Site setup and preparatory works: - Site power supply and activation of backup diesel generator network (according to prepared and approved operational instructions) – 1 program - Sprayed concrete shotcrete for tunnel lining (reduction of surface roughness) according to prepared and approved operational instructions) – 1 program - Preparation of technological instructions (5 documents) - Provision of special construction conditions, construction – service machinery, equipment, and tools – 1 specification - Repair of the tunnel invert of underground access roads – 1 set Structural works (- construction of reinforced concrete wall structure satisfying the requirements of waterproofing class "XV3 (H)", including watertight construction joints) - (590 m2: - Formwork, scaffolding – 1 auxiliary structure - Reinforced concrete wall construction – 1 structure Roadway construction works – 50 m2: - Roadway (in front of the storage chamber) – 1 structure - Industrial floor construction – 1 structure Tests related to the construction of concrete and reinforced concrete structures: - Concrete plant tests – 1 test package - Tests related to the concreting of the reinforced concrete pool side walls – 1 test package - Tests related to the concreting of the roadway – 1 test package - Industrial floor (construction of industrial floor structure) - 957.7 m2 o Tests related to the construction and concreting of the industrial floor – 1 test package o Tests related to the formation of the XK4(H) surface – 1 test package Installation, expansion, and modification of technological systems: - Installation of underground dewatering system – 1 system - Fire protection – 1 system Preparation of handover documentation – 1 document Repair of reinforced concrete structures (270 linear meters) Cooperation in carrying out official inspections – 40 engineer-days The tasks to be performed by the Contractor are detailed in Annex 2 (Technical Description) of the Contract, and the planned quantities of tasks to be performed are detailed in Annex 1 (Contractor's Fee Breakdown, Planned Performance Schedule) of the Contract. The Contractor must carry out the work based on the valid building permit with decision number RHKN-HA0012, the modified building permit with decision number RHKN-HA0105, and the modified and revised execution design documentation provided, completing the previously partially completed works: - structural works of the I-K3 reinforced concrete pool (sections 8-13 of the reinforced concrete pool walls); - the underground roadway for accessing the I-K3 chamber, including the mechanical shafts affecting the roadway surface; - the stainless steel pipe network running under the underground roadway – part of the underground dewatering system; - repair of the previously (between 2019-2021) completed reinforced concrete structures of the I-K3 chamber reinforced concrete pool; - the industrial floor covering of the I-K3 chamber reinforced concrete pool. The Contractor must also prepare: - the handover documentation for the work sections executed and completed by them. The Contractor is obliged to possess the following valid certifications throughout the entire duration of contract performance: - Quality management certificate according to MSZ EN ISO 9001 standard or equivalent; - Environmental management certificate according to MSZ EN ISO 14001 standard or equivalent;
