Qualifications for participation in competition All of the following conditions must be met. Planned Transformers: New transformers must comply with the Top Runner Standard (Third Judgment Standard) for fiscal year 2026. 5. Work Period: Until the end of June 2027 7. Conditions during Work Period at Facility: (1) Ensure sufficient safety for center users and staff. (2) Take measures to ensure safety during the transport of transformers and construction equipment. (3) Construction is expected to take place on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, as vocational training is conducted on weekdays. (4) Power outages during the construction period: Plan power outage work in consultation with the center and related parties, and coordinate countermeasures in advance. Asbestos Survey: No sprayed asbestos was used in the surveys conducted in 2005 and 2008. PCB Survey: No trace amounts of PCBs were detected in the trace PCB test conducted in 2012.
