Original language: csPředmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební úpravy vstupu do 21. budovy, které zahrnují vybudování dveřních vzduchotechnických clon na západní straně ve 2. etáži, bližší informace jsou specifikovány v příloze 01_Příloha 1_ZD_SOD B21_clony zapad.
Zadavatel upozorňuje dodavatele, že budova č.p. 21 je chráněnou kulturní památkou, a tedy součástí plnění předmětu veřejné zakázky je i jednání s Odborem kultury a památkové péče Magistrátu města Zlína.
Budoucí Zhotovitel bere na vědomí, že realizace předmětu plnění bude probíhat za plného provozu místa plnění, a tedy se zhotovitel zavazuje, že si bude počínat tak, aby provádění takových prací nenarušilo plynulý provoz místa plnění.
Podkladem pro vypracování nabídky je položkový soupis stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb včetně výkazu výměr, projektová dokumentace a další dokumenty, které tvoří nedílnou součást této zadávací dokumentace
