Original language: GermanDie Palazzina DR in Lugano befindet sich in einem baulichen und technischen Zustand, welcher für die zukünftige Nutzung der Fonoteca Nazionale nicht den betrieblichen, sicherheitsrelevanten und funktionalen Anforderungen entspricht. Eine durchgeführte Variantenstudie hat gezeigt, dass ein selektives, wirtschaftlich optimiertes Sanierungsvorgehen die zweckmässigste Grundlage für die vorgesehene Nutzung darstellt. Das Projekt umfasst die Umsetzung der für den Betrieb notwendigen strukturellen, haustechnischen und sicherheitstechnischen Massnahmen, ohne eine Volumenerweiterung vorzunehmen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Gestaltung und Ausstattung des Archivbereichs, der Einrichtung von drei Audiostudios, der Neuorganisation der technischen Anlagen sowie der Realisierung eines zusätzlichen Treppenhauses als Flucht- und Erschliessungsweg. Weiter beinhaltet das Projekt Massnahmen zur Erdbebenertüchtigung, Schadstoffsanierungen sowie die Erneuerung von Deckenkonstruktionen im Bereich der Archivnutzung. Das Sanierungskonzept ermöglicht perspektivisch eine spätere Erweiterung, insbesondere eine Vergrösserung des Archivs. Bereits in dieser Etappe werden die technischen Installationen und Infrastrukturanschlüsse vorbereitet, einschliesslich autonomer Energie- und Lüftungssysteme sowie elektrischer Vorbereitungen für Photovoltaik. Leistungsmodell: Einzelleistungsträger; ausgeschrieben wird ein Generalplaner (GP) (Architektur federführend) mit allen erforderlichen Fachplanern / Spezialisten. SIA-Phasen 31, 32, 33, 41, 51, 52 und 53 gemäss SIA 102: Planung / Fachkoordination / Ausschreibung und Ausführung SIA-Phasen 31 bis 53 inkl. Bauleitung. Nachweise (Qualität, Akustik, Energie, Sicherheit etc.) und vollständige Dokumentation. Schnittstellenmanagement zu Betreiber, Nutzer sowie Sicherheit / ICT (nicht abschliessend, das vollständige Schnittstellenpapier ist durch den GP zu erstellen). Der Kostenrahmen für den vorgesehenen Umbau und Sanierungsumfang liegt gemäss Studie bei rund 7,9 Mio. CHF (inkl. MwSt.).
