Vertrouwen maakt dat we kunnen bouwen. Samen, met aandacht en moed. Wij zijn op zoek naar tijdelijke inzet van een Backoffice Medewerker Burgerzaken. Wat ga je doen? Je pakt de complexere vraagstukken op die binnenkomen bij onze backoffice. Als Backoffice Medewerker Burgerzaken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van de frontoffice en het verwerken van mutaties in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP).Je hebt kennis van en ervaring met de administratieve processen van Burgerzaken en bent communicatief vaardig, klantgericht en resultaatgericht. Je bent in staat om complexe taken af te handelen en werkt nauw samen met collega's om ervoor te zorgen dat alle administratieve processen op rolletjes lopen.Verwerken van mutaties in de Basisregistratie Personen (BRP);Afhandelen van aanvragen voor reisdocumenten, rijbewijzen en uittreksels;Ondersteunen van de frontoffice met administratieve werkzaamheden;Beantwoorden van vragen van inwoners en bedrijven over Burgerzaken.
