Provision of on-demand passenger transport services within the framework of a framework agreement for the Client, based on the Client's occasional orders ("Order"), in the route specified in the Order, using buses provided by the Contractor, as specified in this call for tenders, the public procurement documents, the framework agreement and the Order, with departure from and/or return to the following geographical area ("starting point"), in the following quantities: Part 1: Bács-Kiskun, Csongrád-Csanád, Pest counties, Budapest The starting point and/or return point of the service: Bács-Kiskun, Csongrád-Csanád, Pest counties and Budapest area Distance to be ordered during the contract period: 101,084 km Number of passengers expected to be transported during the contract period: 10,000 people, Number of buses expected to be ordered during the contract period: 200 buses For the basic quantity specified above, the Client stipulates the possibility of deviation, with a maximum of + 20% (option quantity), making the maximum order quantity: Part 1 (Bács-Kiskun, Csongrád-Csanád, Pest counties, Budapest): 121,300 km The Client undertakes to order 80% of the basic quantity, i.e., 80,867 km. The number of passengers to be transported and the number of buses to be ordered during the contract period are for information purposes; the km data are indicative for the contract quantity. The size of the ordered buses according to seating capacity (excluding the driver): - 17-23 seater bus - 33-49 seater bus - 50-60 seater bus The parties agree that orders will primarily be for the 50-60 seater category. The destination of the transport specified in the Order may also be outside the geographical area defined as the starting point. The purpose of the transport is within the territory of Hungary.
