Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja usługi pn. „Badanie pilotażowe i walidacyjne narzędzi monitorowania i wspierania dostępności edukacji w jednostkach systemu oświaty” w ramach projektu „Wspieranie dostępności edukacji dla dzieci i młodzieży”, finansowanego z Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Rozwoju Społecznego 2021-2027 (FERS), nr projektu FERS.01.06-IP.05-0002/23. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja badań pilotażowych służących zebraniu danych empirycznych na potrzeby testowania rozwiązań metodycznych i organizacyjnych wspierających dostępność edukacji oraz monitorowanie efektywności wsparcia udzielanego dzieciom i uczniom w systemie oświaty. Zamówienie stanowi jedną, spójną operację badawczo-logistyczną. Badanie obejmuje dwa przenikające się poziomy: badania instytucjonalne w 50 jednostkach systemu oświaty (JSO) oraz badania indywidualne uczniów. Badania zostaną przeprowadzone w dwóch pomiarach, w latach szkolnych 2026/2027 i 2027/2028. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia, liczebności i profile próby, sposób rekrutacji, harmonogram, zasady realizacji badań, wymagania dotyczące personelu i bezpieczeństwa małoletnich oraz produkty i kryteria odbioru określa Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ – Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ) wraz z Załącznikiem nr 1 do OPZ – Szczegółowa struktura próby badawczej.
