Een werkvoorbereider is medeverantwoordelijk voor het verkrijgen en beheren van een actueel, tijdig en volledig bestand ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de Wet waardering onroerende zaken (WOZ) en de Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG).De werkvoorbereider gaat samen met de collega-werkvoorbereiders de volgende taken verrichten:Bijhouden en onderzoeken van de BAG- en WOZ-objectafbakening (splitsing/samenvoeging/huisnummering).Koppelen van verblijfsobjecten en pandenBijhouden van aan- en verbouw.Tijdig registreren en archiveren van brondocumenten conform wettelijke vereisten en termijnen.Het onderhouden, controleren en verbeteren van de objectkenmerken.Dit alles naar aanleiding vergunningen, digitale bouwtekeningen, luchtfoto?s, bezwaarschriften, permanente marktanalyse (PMA), kadastrale mutaties en andere constateringen/terugmeldingen.Het inwerken dient op kantoor plaats te vinden. Wanneer zelfstandig klaar om het werk op te pakken mag dit voor maximaal vijftig procent vanuit huis verricht worden.
