II.1) Name: restricted procedure aimed at selecting sector operators, qualified to be subsequently invited to submit an offer for the enhancement and economic management - through exclusive concession of use and commercial exploitation - of the brands "Marina Militare" and "Amerigo Vespucci" in product class 25 (footwear). II.2) Type: active contract for brand enhancement through concession of license for use and commercial exploitation. II.3) Brief description of the contract award: Difesa Servizi S.p.A. has received from a sector economic operator, pursuant to the combined provisions of art. 300 of Legislative Decree no. 66 of 2010 and art. 134 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, a commercial proposal for the concession of the license, in "exclusive" mode, relating to the use and commercial exploitation of the brands "Marina Militare" and "Amerigo Vespucci" in product class 25 (footwear). In this regard, Difesa Servizi S.p.A. intends to proceed with an exploratory survey to acquire "applications for participation" (PHASE I) concerning participation in a subsequent tender procedure (PHASE II) for the concession of the exclusive license. II.4) Total estimated value: minimum five-year guarantees at the tender base equal to € 671,200.00, of which € 609,600.00 for Lot 1 and € 61,600.00 for Lot 2; minimum royalty equal to 8.00% of the annual turnover net of VAT. For details, refer to the public notice. II.5) This contract is divided into lots: yes. LOT 1: "Marina Militare" brand (class 25 - footwear); LOT 2: "Amerigo Vespucci" brand (class 25 - footwear). Applications for participation can be submitted for only one lot or for both lots. II.6) Description: refer in full to the text of the Public Notice. A 40% discount on the list price is provided for personnel of the Navy, the Ministry of Defence and Difesa Servizi S.p.A., excluding sale periods and promotional sales. II.7) Place of performance: national and in all countries where, at the time of signing the license agreement, the brand is registered and protected.
