De basisdienstverlening bestaat uit de volgende dienstencategorieën: I Diensten inbegrepen in het vaste jaarlijkse all-in tarief per medewerker: 1. verzuim- en re-integratiebegeleiding inclusief strategische advisering van Albeda over verzuimreductie, verzuimpreventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; 2. uitvoering en bewaking van de daarmee samenhangende administratieve verplichtingen; 3. sociaal-medisch overleg; 4. een open spreekuur incl. preventief spreekuur; en 5. signalering van gevaren en risico’s met betrekking tot arbeidsomstandigheden. II Diensten die op verrichtingenbasis worden vergoed: 6. een spoedspreekuur; 7. het aanbieden van een second opinion; en 8. het uitvoeren van een preventief medisch onderzoek (PMO) door een bedrijfsarts.
