Original language: FrenchLa Commune de Berchem-Sainte-Agathe lance une procédure de passation d'une concession de service portant sur l'exploitation de deux complexes sportifs situés sur son territoire : • Site 1 – Complexe Sportif Chalets : exploitation du complexe sportif sis Rue des Chalets, 1 à 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (superficie totale : 34.186,3 m²). L'exploitation comprend les infrastructures sportives intérieures et extérieures ainsi que la création et l'exploitation d'une cafétéria et d'une salle de réunion. • Site 2 – Complexe Sportif Basilique : exploitation du complexe sportif sis Avenue de la Basilique, 14 à 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (superficie totale : 24.650 m²). L'exploitation comprend les infrastructures sportives intérieures et extérieures, le restaurant, le bar, les salles de réunion ainsi que le parking. La concession est attribuée à un seul concessionnaire pour les deux sites. Le Concessionnaire assume l'ensemble des frais liés à l'exploitation, aux risques et périls, et verse une redevance mensuelle fixe au Pouvoir Adjudicateur.
