This tender concerns the procurement and installation of comprehensive heating, steam, heat recovery, and cooling systems. The scope of work includes the integration of steam supply via the existing operational steam network, serving consumers such as autoclaves, dishwashers, and humidifiers. Specifically, this involves 5 decentralized pure steam converters and 2 heat exchangers with 1 cooling circuit. Heating supply will be drawn from the district heating line, necessitating the installation of static heating surfaces including convectors, radiant ceiling panels, compact radiators, and pipe heaters (approximately 42 units). Additionally, floor heating (approximately 435 m²) and dynamic heating components for 6 ventilation systems (pre-heaters and after-heaters) and approximately 58 zone registers are required. The project also includes diaphragm expansion vessels and vacuum degassing systems. Cooling supply will be provided via a district cooling line without system separation, featuring dynamic cooling for 5 ventilation systems and static cooling for recirculating air coolers, climate cabinets, autoclaves, and demineralized water cooling, all to be installed by the contractor. Heat recovery will be implemented as a closed-loop system (KV system) for 5 ventilation units. The tender specifies the use of various piping materials and lengths, including black pipes for hot water (120m) and heating (1,890m), black pipes for steam (685m), coated pipes for cooling (1,650m), and stainless steel pipes for steam (510m).
