Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü.
