Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens ist die Bauherrenhaftpflichtversicherung für die vorgezogene Schadstoffsanierung – hier hinsichtlich der Beteiligtenversicherer für die Grunddeckung (Beschaffungsteil 2).In diesem Verfahren wird der im ersten Beschaffungsteil im Wege der Verhandlung ermittelte Vertrag zu Grunde gelegt; eine Verhandlung über Vertragsinhalte findet nicht statt. Der verhandelte Vertrag und der Führungsversicherer für die Grunddeckung werden Ihnen erst mit Angebotsaufforderung zur Verfügung gestellt, bei dem derzeit in den Vergabeunterlagen bereitgestellten Vertrag handelt es sich um die noch nicht verhandelte Version.Die vorläufige Kontraktsumme beträgt 59 Mio.
