Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Dachdecker- und Klempnerarbeiten für den Neubau eines Ganztags- und Grundschulgebäudes. Die auszuführenden Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage von Dampfsperren, Dämmungen und Notabläufen sowie aller erforderlichen Verbindungs-, Befestigungs- und Nebenleistungen. Zusätzlich umfassen die auszuführenden Leistungen die Dachbegrünungsarbeiten mitsamt aller erforderlichen Nebenleistungen. Das komplette Gebäude soll als eingeschossiges Gebäude in Holztafelbauweise errichtet werden mit Flachdach-Brettschichtholzdecken und Tragkonstruktion aus Brettschichtholzbindern. Das außenseitige Einrüsten des Gebäudes erfolgt bauseitig. Sämtliche Dachflächen werden als Flachdächer mit Gefälledämmung aus PS-Hartschaum ausgebildet. Die Hauptdachflächen werden extensiv begrünt, während die Dachflächen der "Laternen" lediglich mit bituminösen Dachdichtungsbahnen abgedichtet werden
