Lot 1 - Rifa Süd - Full Renovation

Full renovation between the Ratekau and Scharbeutz junctions, 2nd construction phase Rifa Süd km 70.200 to km 74.200. The full renovation includes earthworks and road construction, drainage, bridge construction repair, release marking, and dismantling of vehicle restraint systems, including the creation of temporary depressions. The signage is to be dismantled and new signage erected for traffic release. The following works are to be carried out essentially in Lot 1 on the Rifa Süd: • Establishment of a construction site facility / construction office for the client with a maximum distance of 500 m to the construction site • Dismantling of vehicle restraint systems in the central and side strip areas • Demolition and renewal of existing drainage pipes in the central and side strips, in the verge and in the adjacent areas, as well as of crossing culverts. • Creation of connections to the existing drainage system (manholes and ditches) • Dismantling of 2 central strip crossings in asphalt construction • Demolition and renewal of surface drainage facilities in the form of drainage channels, ditches and trenches, inlet manholes, road gullies, etc. • Renewal of culverts • Separate removal and storage of the existing bound road structure according to material properties in accordance with the recycling and disposal concept • Processing of the recovered bound demolition material from concrete pavement and stabilization for reuse in the new road structure • Removal and reuse of the existing unbound road structure • Soil improvement measures (soil exchange) below the new road structure down to 0.65 m below the construction level • Creation of a frost protection layer from processed concrete pavement and stabilization, including the entry and exit lanes of the Pansdorf junction • Creation of the asphalt surface, asphalt binder, and asphalt base layers of the southbound carriageway, including the entry and exit lanes of the Pansdorf West junction • Full renovation of the Pansdorf West junction in asphalt construction • Execution of paving works • Dismantling and construction of a new wildlife fence • Renewal of access roads to emergency call pillars • Renewal of large and small signage of the Rifa Süd as well as flip-board signage, including foundations in the central strip • Creation of the release marking • Repair work on 7 A-structures and local concrete repair work on 2 overpasses (separate construction description) To separate the two lots, in Lot 1, the existing vehicle restraint systems in the central strip are to be dismantled on both sides, the central drainage renewed, the verge to a minimum width of 2 m, the channels with curbs, and the signage completely installed.
