Original language: GermanDas Bestandsbauwerk der 1976 errichteten Dunckerbrücke in Berlin Pankow, welche Anlagen der DB InfraGO überspannt, wird in zwei Bauabschnitten zurück- und ersatzneugebaut. Der Ersatzneubau wird als integrales Rahmenbauwerk ohne Zwischenstützungen ausgeführt, wobei der Überbau aus 10 Spannbetonfertigteilträger gebildet wird. Auftragsgegenstand sind Grundleistungen der Objektplanung LPH 8 und 9 nach §43; §47 und §55 der HOAI 2021. Hinzu kommen besondere Leistungen, wie z.B.: - Örtliche Bauüberwachung ▪ Objektbetreuung ▪ Überwachen der Ausführung von Tragwerken ▪ Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Beteiligten, Betroffenen, Sondernutzern ▪ Fertigungsüberwachung Spannbetonfertigteilträger im Herstellwerk und auf der Baustelle ▪ Prüfung von Bestandsunterlagen ▪ Überwachung der Ausführung von Tragwerken ▪ Prüfung der technischen Bearbeitung ▪ abfallrechtliche Begleitung des Bauvorhabens ▪ Leistungen zu Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz auf Baustellen ▪ ökologische Umweltbaubegleitung Die zu erbringenden Dienstleistungen stehen im Zusammenhang mit folgenden auszuführenden Bauleistungen (auszugsweise): Technische Bearbeitung 1 psch, Abbruch Stahlbeton 705 m³, Abbruch Spannbeton 130 t, Baugrube herstellen 2.745 m³, Erdstoff liefern und einbauen 3.245 m³, Bewehrten Beton herstellen 1.310 m³, Spannbetonfertigteilträger herstellen 10 Stck , 30kV Bahnkabel liefern und verlegen 720 m.
