Construction supervision

The city of Lutherstadt Wittenberg plans to implement the reclamation of the Kuhlache. The former Kuhlache is located in the southern periphery of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, south and southwest of the old cemetery on Dessauer Straße, directly on the Elbe and covers an area of approx. 5 hectares. After 1955, the Kuhlache area was used commercially and filled in to ensure flood protection. As part of the revitalization of the Kuhlache, investigations were carried out, which resulted in the filling consisting of contaminated materials. Based on this, the area was classified by the waste and soil protection authority of the district of Wittenberg as a historical landfill/old site within the meaning of the BBodSchG. The following key services are to be provided, among others: - De-sealing of sealed areas - De-trussing of the remains of the former "Sozialgebäude" and the former "Heizwerk" - Partial excavation of the historical landfill - Orderly disposal of materials - Opening of the Speckbach - Backfilling of the excavated area with a 1.50 m thick water management layer (1.2 m subsoil, 0.3 m topsoil) - Construction of the sub-base for paths and paved areas - Greening of the water management layer The service description with the bill of quantities and the annexes describes the measures for the reclamation of the Kuhlache. Proof of the applicant's technical and professional competence is a prerequisite for the provision of the service requested here.
