Gesamtkosten KG 200-900 (ohne Erstausstattung) max. 360.000 EUR netto (ohne Mehrwertssteuer) gemäß II.2.4). Preis/Leistungswettbewerb gem. den Angaben in der Veröffentlichung und den Vergabeunterlagen. Für die Planung und Durchführung von Fachplanungsleistungen Objektplanung in der Region 16 wird ein fachkundiges, mit dem Sanieren und Umbauen im Bestand vertrautes, erfahrenes Fachplanungsbüro gesucht. Der mit dem Rahmenvertrag verpflichtete Planer wird die Planungsanforderungen und die Planungsgrundlagen für die jeweilige Kleinbaumaßnahme mit den Vertretern des Auftraggebers erarbeiten, plausibilisieren und die Durchführung der Planung und der Baumaßnahmen, ggf. im Zusammenspiel mit anderen Planungsdisziplinen der entsprechenden Region erstellen, koordinieren und betreuen.
