Procurement of basalt crushed stone

Procurement of basalt crushed stone required for railway construction, meeting technical requirements, with a net framework agreement value of HUF 1,500,000,000. The contracting authority undertakes a call-off obligation from the total framework amount of HUF 1,160,000,000 net during the term of the contract. The contracting authority has provided the quantity data in this call and in the technical description for informational purposes only. After the conclusion of the framework agreement, the actual quantity of the product ordered may differ from the expected quantity stated in the public procurement documents. The contracting authority hereby draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that the data defined as the expected quantity serves to compare the tenders, and also forms the basis of the financial coverage available to the contracting authority for the performance of the contract. In view of this, if the tender price calculated based on the unit price offered by the tenderer for the product in the most advantageous tender and the expected quantity exceeds the amount of financial coverage determined by the contracting authority during the preparation of the procedure (and verifiable in accordance with Section 75 (4) of the Public Procurement Act), the contracting authority may declare the procedure unsuccessful pursuant to Section 75 (2) (b) of the Public Procurement Act. Expected quantity: - Basalt aggregate of 31.5/50 for use as railway ballast material according to MSZ EN 13450:2003: 173,600 tons. The detailed technical parameters of the product are included in the public procurement documents. The performance will take place based on the contracting authority's prior request, with loading by the tenderer into transport (railway and road) wagons provided by the contracting authority. The contracting authority draws the attention of the tenderers to the fact that if the technical description refers to a product or item of a specified make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or refers to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or manufacturing process, or to standards, technical approvals, technical specifications, technical recommendations, the designation is made solely to clearly define the subject matter, and the phrase 'or equivalent' must be understood alongside the designation. The contracting authority has provided the quantity data on a statistical basis for informational purposes.
