SBC owns and operates the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC), one of Australia's premier convention, exhibition and events venues. The facility comprises a large and diverse asset portfolio supporting the delivery of world-class events and experiences, including building fabric, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, vertical transport and specialist operational assets. To support effective asset management and long-term capital planning, SBC is seeking to establish a comprehensive and reliable understanding of the condition, performance and lifecycle of assets across the BCEC portfolio. This procurement will deliver an updated asset register, asset condition assessments, lifecycle modelling and renewal forecasts that will provide a robust evidence base for future maintenance, renewal and investment decisions.
