Procurement Details (1) Title: Serum BDNF Measurement Services Contract (2) Contract Details: As per specifications, bid explanation, and contract documents. (3) Contract Period: From contract signing date to March 31, Reiwa 9 Fiscal Year. (4) Delivery Location: Department of Preventive Medicine, National Center for Geriatrics and Gerontology, National Research and Development Agency. (5) Bidding Method: The determination of the negotiation rights holder will be based on the lowest price winning bid method (total price). ① Bidders shall estimate the contract amount including all expenses required for the contract, in addition to the main body price. ② When determining the negotiation rights holder, the negotiation price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the bid amount to the bid amount. Therefore, bidders shall write the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated amount on the bid form, regardless of whether they are subject to consumption tax or not. 2.
