Momenteel lopen meerdere huisvestingvraagstukken en/of initiatieven binnen de GGD. Hierbij kan je denken aan advies bij verbouwingen, toetsing van tekeningen, haalbaarheidsonderzoeken, inpassingstudies, begrotingen, kwaliteit enzovoort. Daarvoor zijn wij op zoek naar een samenwerkingspartner die ons kan voorzien van minimaal een ervaren adviseuren project management ondersteuning bestaand uit senior adviseur en junior adviseur vanuit ??n bureau. Deze consultants zullen ingezet worden op onze bouwprojecten, gericht op huisvesting en herhuisvesting. Zij moeten kunnen samenwerken en onderling afstemmen om het gehele proces effectief te managen. Het is van belang dat beide complementaire vaardigheden hebben en elkaar kunnen versterken waar nodig.Daarnaast lopen er een aantal verbouwingen. Hiervoor is project management ondersteuning bij nodig zoals het opstellen van verhuisplanningen, in en externe (bouw)overleggen, locatie bezoeken, co?rdinatie inrichting en inhuizen enzovoort. Onderdelen dienen gedurende verbouwingen met diverse stakeholders soepel met elkaar vervlochten te worden.
