Original language: GermanEntgegennahme, Beförderung und Zustellung der amtlichen Wahlbriefe anlässlich der Wahl zum 9. Landtag von Sachsen-Anhalt einschließlich einer eventuell erforderlichen Nachwahl (§ 42 LWG) und einer eventuell erforderlichen Wiederholungswahl (§ 46 LWG). Ergänzender Auftragsgegenstand ist die Sonntagszustellung für die Wahlbriefe, die bis Freitag vor der Wahl im Wahlgebiet in den Briefkästen und Filialen/Partnerfilialen des Postunternehmens eingehen und noch nicht im Regelbetrieb zugestellt werden konnten, sowie Wahlbriefe, die am Samstag vor der Wahl im Wahlgebiet in den Briefkästen bis zur angegebenen letzten Tagesleerung und in Filialen/Partnerfilialen des Postunternehmens bis zur regulären Abholung der Briefsendungen eingehen. Diese sind aus der Regelzustellung auszusortieren und den Adressaten (vereinbarten Wahlstellen) am Wahltag im Zeitraum von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr zuzustellen (sog. Sonntagszustellung). Die Übergabe der Sendungen erfolgt gegen Empfangsbestätigung. Eingeschlossen sind auch die im Zusammenhang mit den anfallenden Postdienstleistungen stehenden Tätigkeiten für den Rücklauf von nicht zustellbaren Sendungen sowie Pflichten, die sich aus den hohen Anforderungen des Wahlrechts hinsichtlich Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue an die Behandlung von Wahlunterlagen ergeben.
