This remuneration covers all costs, especially travel expenses, ancillary costs, packaging and shipping costs, additional expenses, and all other expenses of the contractor related to the performance. Payment of the invoice amount will be made within 30 days after delivery and acceptance of the services rendered and after receipt of an auditable invoice. To prove expertise and capability, for each bidder, each participant of the bidding consortium, and each subcontractor, the following must be submitted or declared: - the valid proof of VOL prequalification according to § 3 para. 2 SächsVergabeG (PQ-VOL) at the time of the offer, or the commercial register extract (not older than 3 months), or an equivalent certificate from a court or administrative authority of the bidder's, bidding consortium participant's, or subcontractor's country of origin or provenance (not older than 3 months), - proof of valid professional or business liability insurance, - the number of employees of the company in the past three years using Appendix 1, - the minimum annual turnover and minimum annual turnover in the area of the contract for the past three years using Appendix 1. To prove reliability, for each bidder, each participant of the bidding consortium, and each subcontractor, the following must be declared using Appendix 2: - obligations to pay taxes and duties and social security contributions have been and are being met, - the requirements for paying a minimum wage and for record-keeping obligations under the Minimum Wage Act or comparable standards in the bidder's country of origin are being met, and the conditions for exclusion from participation in the competition for a supply or service contract according to § 19 para. 1 Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG) are not present. - my/our company is not insolvent or in liquidation. - I am/we are aware that negligent or intentional false statements in the above declarations may result in my/our exclusion from this and further procurement procedures.
