Gegenstand der Vergabe ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung von Abfallbehältern für die Rest- und Bioabfallsammlung im Landkreis Lörrach. Die Lieferleistungen beziehen sich auf mehrere, noch nicht festgelegte Leistungszeitpunkte innerhalb der Dauer der Rahmenvereinbarung. Die Lieferung beinhaltet 4.500 Stück 2-Rad Behälter (MGB 60 L, 120 L bzw. 240 L) und 250 Stück 4-Rad-Behälter (MGB 1.100 L) für Restabfall und 6.000 Stück 2-Rad Behälter für Bioabfall pro Vertragsjahr. Der AG verpflichtet sich zur Abnahme der wertungsrelevanten Menge pro Jahr. Dies gilt auch im Falle einer Vertragsverlängerung. Die Höchstmenge für Restmüllbehälter umfassen insgesamt 25.500 Stück sowie für Biomüllbehälter von 32.000 Stück bei einer Vertragslaufzeit von 4 Jahren (inkl. Vertragsverlängerungsoption). Die Höchstmengen für die einzelnen Behältergrößen sowie die weiteren Details sind der Leistungsbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Der AG ist berechtigt, die vorgesehenen Mengenverteilungen zwischen den verschiedenen Behältergrößen geringfügig zu verschieben. Die zu vergebende Rahmenvereinbarung wird mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer geschlossen.
