Original language: GermanDie Bebra ist im Sinne des Thüringer Wassergesetzes ein Gewässer 2. Ordnung. Die Gesamtlänge der Bebra beträgt ca. 9 km. Die hochwassertechnische Bearbeitung der Bebra im Stadtgebiet von Sondershausen erfolgte anteilig bereits bis ein-schließlich der Leistungsphase 4. Für die Teilabschnitte 7, 8, 9 10 (teilweise) und 11a liegt die wasserrechtliche Plangenehmigung mit Datum vom 25.03.2014 vor. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind für den Gewässerausbau Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung für Ingenieurbauwerke und Tragwerksplanung in den Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 (anteilig) sowie 5 bis 9 und zugehörige besondere Leistungen zu erbringen. Im Ergebnis bereits erfolgter Abstimmungen in der laufenden Flächensicherung ist in einem Teilbereich aufgrund geänderter Grundstücksverfügbarkeiten eine Linienanpassung des neuen Gewässerverlaufes erforderlich. Für die planerische Anpassung erfolgt daher nochmals eine anteilige Bearbeitung der Leistungsphasen 3 und 4 in der Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung. Weiterhin sind infolge der Vergrößerung des Abflussprofils und einem damit verbundenen Gebäudeabrisses sowie anschließenden Ersatzneubau ebenfalls Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung, Tragwerksplanung und technischen Gebäudeausrüstung in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 und zugehörige besondere Leistungen zu erbringen.
