Beleidsadviseur energietransitie - netcongestie en energie opwek

De gemeente ?s-Hertogenbosch zoekt tijdelijke externe expertise ter ondersteuning van lopende en nieuwe opgaven binnen de energietransitie, met een specifieke focus op netcongestie en energie opwek (o.a. advisering m.b.t. netcongestie, energievisie, duurzame energie opwek, netbewust bouwen). Vanwege de actualiteit (o.a. nieuwe regelgeving (prioriteringskader ACM) en complexiteit van deze thema?s is aanvullende specialistische capaciteit nodig voor een afgebakende periode. De opdrachtnemer levert inhoudelijke advisering en concrete producten (o.a. aanpak netcongestie, aanzet netbewust bouwen, energievisie) ter ondersteuning van beleidstrajecten en projecten en werkt hierbij samen met interne projectleiders en beleidsmedewerkers. Werkzaamheden en resultaten De opdracht bestaat onder andere uit: Het opleveren van inhoudelijke adviezen en analyses rondom netcongestie en/of energie opwek en de gevolgen daarvan voor gemeentelijke projecten en beleidskeuzes. Het uitwerken van scenario?s en oplossingsrichtingen met betrekking tot netcongestie. Het leveren van inhoudelijke bijdragen (analyses, notities, adviesstukken) aan onderdelen van de gemeentelijke energievisie. Het opstellen van praktische handreikingen en adviezen op het gebied van netbewust bouwen voor interne projecten. Afstemming en inhoudelijke samenwerking met netbeheerders, gemeenten en andere externe stakeholders, gericht op het realiseren van concrete oplossingen. Het verzorgen van ad hoc inhoudelijk advies op specifieke vraagstukken binnen de energietransitie, voor zover deze passen binnen de scope van de opdracht.
