Wij zoeken een ervaren beleidsadviseur leerplicht die onze gemeente ondersteunt bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van beleid rondom schoolverzuim en voortijdig schoolverlaten. Je analyseert trends, adviseert over beleidsmaatregelen en werkt samen met scholen en ketenpartners om passend onderwijs voor alle jongeren te waarborgen.In deze rol lever je strategisch advies, stel je beleidsplannen op en vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar de praktijk. Je draagt bij aan preventieve aanpakken en effectieve interventies, met oog voor maatwerk en juridische kaders. Daarnaast signaleer je knelpunten en werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen om schooluitval te verminderen.Je werkt nauw samen met leerplichtambtenaren, scholen en andere betrokken partijen om een sluitend netwerk te cre?ren. Communicatie en samenwerking staan centraal in jouw aanpak. Je adviseert het bestuur en draagt bij aan een integrale visie op onderwijs en jeugdbeleid binnen de gemeente.Concreet ga je aan de slag met:Het ontwikkelen van beleid op regionaal en lokaal vlak. Aan het einde van de inhuurperiode moet er een beleidsdocument liggen.
