Over Gemeente MaashorstDe gemeente Maashorst is jong, ambitieus en volop in ontwikkeling. Sinds 1 januari 2022 vormen de voormalige gemeenten Landerd en Uden samen een krachtige nieuwe gemeente, met ruim 57.000 inwoners en zes dynamische kernen midden in het natuurgebied De Maashorst. We bouwen aan een toekomstbestendige leefomgeving ? groen, sociaal en met ruimte voor ontwikkeling.Jouw opdracht Als interim beleidsadviseur onderwijshuisvesting help je ons om beleid te vertalen naar concrete uitvoering. Je vervult een sleutelrol in het uitvoeren van het onlangs vastgestelde Integraal Huisvestingsplan (IHP) 2024-2039. Dit plan is opgesteld samen met schoolbesturen en kinderopvangorganisaties. Je bent sparringpartner voor bestuur en uitvoering en weet beleid, proces en project te verbinden. Of het nu gaat om aanvragen voor nieuwbouw, verduurzaming, verhuur of renovatie: jij zorgt dat aanvragen worden beoordeeld aan de hand van de wettelijke kaders en volgens de bedoeling. Je weet stakeholders hierin te betrekken en mee te nemen.Wat ga je doen? Beoordelen van aanvragen m.b.t. onderwijshuisvesting (renovatie, vervanging, uitbreiding); Actualiseren en implementeren van beleid (o.a. verhuurbeleid OHV, uitvoering IHP); Adviseren van het college van B&W over investeringen en prioriteiten; Samenwerken met schoolbesturen, kinderopvang, en interne collega?s van vastgoed, financi?n en ruimtelijke ontwikkeling; Sturen op voortgang, haalbaarheid en besluitvorming. Uitvoeren van projecten.
