Waterschap Noorderzijlvest zorgt in een groot deel van Groningen, in Noord- en Midden-Drenthe en in een stukje Friesland voor veilig leven met water, schoon water, gezuiverd water en voldoende water in elk seizoen. Voor onze 350 medewerkers gaat een gezonde en toekomstbestendige leef-, woon- en werkomgeving van de ongeveer 383.000 inwoners in ons gebied boven alles. Dit vraagt om gedreven professionals die uitblinken in hun eigen vakgebied en passie.Voor het team Strategie zoeken we tijdelijk eenBeleidsadviseur Water en Ruimte in de rol van projectsecretaris Waterbeheerprogramma voor 22 uur per week.Het waterbeheerprogramma is een 6 jarig programma van het waterschap en is verplicht onder de omgevingswet. In het waterbeheerprogramma zijn doelen en maatregelen opgenomen. Het waterbeheerprogramma geeft intern richting aan de activiteiten, door het stellen van doelen. En voor externen geeft het inzicht in wat onze doelen zijn in de programmaperiode. Het huidige waterbeheerprogramma loopt af in 2027. Het volgende waterbeheerprogramma geldt voor de planperiode van 2028-2033. We starten nu met het uitwerken van het proces om te komen tot een nieuw waterbeheerprogramma dat uiterlijk december 2027 door het algemeen bestuur is vastgesteld. Opdracht: Als projectsecretaris ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning op alle gebieden over het opstellen van een nieuw waterbeheerprogramma voor het waterschap voor de periode 2028-2033. Naast de administratieve ondersteuning van de projectleider en de projectgroep lever je, als rechterhand van de projectleider, in voorkomende gevallen een bredere inzet in het project. Je zorgt voor de voorbereiding, organisatie, verslaglegging en afhandeling van projectvergaderingen en interne en externe bijeenkomsten.Het behoud van overzicht en het signaleren van kansen en bedreigingen voor het project op zowel proces als op inhoud.Proactief doen van verbetervoorstellen aan de projectleider en de projectgroep om de gang van zaken positief te be?nvloeden en de inhoud te verbeteren. Je zorgt voor afstemming en verbinding tussen collega's, de projectleider, bestuurders, projectgroep en werkgroepen.Het samenbrengen van inhoudelijke producten uit de werkgroepen en leveren van aanvullende inhoudelijke bijdragen.
